We run inklecate in CI to auto-export JSON on every commit so narrative changes hit the build without an engineer, and it’s free (GitHub - inkle/ink: inkle's open source scripting language for writing interactive narrative.). Caveat: lock string IDs early or localization and VO tracking will bite you.
